Jelly cake "Summer"



To make a jelly cake you will need:



  • biscuit - 300 g (you can buy ready-made or cook yourself)

  • sour cream - 500 g

  • sugar - 1 glass

  • gelatin - 3 tablespoons

  • strawberry, kiwi - to taste


Preparation



Pre-buy or cook a biscuit.


Pour gelatin with half a glass of cold water for half an hour and leave to swell. After 30 minutes, preheat until the gelatin is completely dissolved, without, however, bringing the mixture to a boil.


Beat together sour cream with sugar. With a thin trickle with constant stirring, add gelatin to the sour cream.


Deeply thicken the food film. Lay a layer of fruit, cut into pieces, then a layer of biscuit broken by pieces. Again lay out a layer of fruit and a layer of biscuit.


Pour the form with a sour-gelatin mixture and put it in a cold place for hardening (at least two hours).


Frozen cake gently turn to the dish and serve to the table.
