Soup Royal
The rich taste and aroma make this soup a real food for kings. We advise you to cook soup "Royal" according to this recipe.
Soup Royal
For cooking, you will need:
- 500 g of beef
- 1 kg of chicken
- 100 g smoked ham
- 100 g of veal
- 1 carrot
- 0.5 centners of parsley and celery
- 0.5 leeks, 0.5 loaves of wheat bread
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of thick cream
- 2 egg yolks
- parsley or dill
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Boil broth from 400 g of beef (3 liters of water), adding greens and salt.
- Separate the chicken. Bones, wings and skin should be put in broth, and chopped meat, mixed with butter, ham, raw veal, raw beef (100 g) without fat, roots, leek and carrots.
- All together fry in vegetable oil. The crumb of bread is soaked in the filtered broth and, together with the egg yolks and stakes, add to the mass.
- The resulting mass is wiped through a sieve, transferred to a strained broth and heated, continuously stirring (do not boil). Salt (if necessary), sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill.
