Macaroni in Hungarian
For cooking pasta in Hungarian you will need:
- 500 g of pasta
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
- 250 ml broth
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 0.5 lemon
- parsley greens
- ground black pepper
- salt
Preparation
- Boil the pasta in salted water.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it with minced meat.
- Add crushed garlic, add broth, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Boil for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and lemon juice.
- Put the resulting mixture on pasta. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
