Macaroni in Hungarian


For cooking pasta in Hungarian you will need:




  • 500 g of pasta

  • 400 g minced meat

  • 1 onion

  • 1 clove of garlic,

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 250 ml broth

  • 1 glass of sour cream

  • 0.5 lemon

  • parsley greens

  • ground black pepper

  • salt

Preparation




  1. Boil the pasta in salted water.

  2. Finely chop the onion and fry it with minced meat.

  3. Add crushed garlic, add broth, add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Boil for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and lemon juice.

  5. Put the resulting mixture on pasta. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
