Meat soup in Spanish

For cooking meat soup in Spanish you will need:

  • 150 g of pork,

  • 150 grams of veal,

  • 150 grams of fat,

  • 2 smoked sausages,

  • 2 carrots,

  • 4 potato tubers,

  • 3 tomatoes,

  • 2 onions,

  • 1 clove of garlic,

  • 0.5 celery root,

  • 0,5 head of Savoy cabbage,

  • 100 g of peas,

  • 2 liters of water, parsley,

  • 1 bay leaf,

  • 5 peas of black pepper,

  • salt.


  1. Peas soaked in cold water.

  2. Meat and bacon fill with water, cook for half an hour, removing the resulting foam.
  3. Add peas, celery root, bay leaf,pepper, salt to taste. Ready meat to separate from bones, cut. In the soup put shredded cabbage, finely chopped potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic.

  4. After 10 minutes add crushed tomatoes. Cook until done. Then put the sausages cut into slices, bring to a boil and remove from heat.

  5. Spread soup on plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
