Flemish soup

For cooking, you will need:


  • 750 ml of broth

  • 500 g carrots

  • 250 g of green peas</ li>
  • 200 g of potatoes

  • 250 g sour cream

  • 25 g of margarine

  • black peppercorns

  • greenery

  • salt to taste


Preparation




  1. Cut the bacon mixed with margarine. In this fat, save carrots, cut into slices. Add small cubes of potatoes, pour in broth and cook until the vegetables are ready.


  2. Shortly before the end of cooking, lower green peas, pepper and salt. Add the sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
