Homemade ice cream

Homemade ice cream



To prepare homemade ice cream you will need:



  • cream (33%) - 210 ml

  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.

  • milk - 210 ml

  • sugar - 160-170 g

  • vanilla sugar - 1-2 tsp.


Preparation



Milk bring to a boil, remove the foam and cool to about 40 ° C.


Beat the yolks with the usual and vanilla sugar in a homogeneous mass and, whilst continuing to beat, pour a thin trickle into the milk mixture.


Put mixture on a weak fire and with constant stirring, heat until thick.


Cool the resulting cream and put for a short while in the refrigerator or on the ice.


Cream to beat until soft peaks are formed and add them to the chilled cream.


Put the mixture into the ice cream and freeze.


If there is no ice cream maker, you can do so. In a convenient container or plastic container, shift the resulting mixture and cover it with a lid or a film, put it in the freezer for maximum freezing.


After 2-3 hours, remove the mass from the container andquickly beat up with a mixer or mash with a chilled fork or whisk. Mass it again in a container and put in the freezer for another 2-3 hours. Repeat this procedure several times.


Ready to put ice cream before serving on the table in the fridge. Serve in a serving bowl. When serving, you can decorate with berries, fruits, nuts, grated chocolate.
