For cooking baked carp you will need:
- carp
- bow
- Champignon
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Carp clean, remove giblets, rinse well. Grate with salt and leave for 15-20 minutes to salve.
Peeled and cut champignons as well as onion cut into half-rings fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan until half cooked.
Put the stuffing inside the carp and wrap the fish tightly with foil to bake.
Bake the carp in the oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
Finished carp lay on the dish, cut into portions and serve to the table in hot or cold.
