Macaroni with mushrooms and egg
For cooking pasta with mushrooms and eggs you will need:
- 250 g of pasta,
- 100 g of champignons,
- 4 eggs,
- 1 onion,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of margarine,
- parsley greens,
- ground black pepper,
- salt.
Preparation
- Boil the pasta in salted water. Onion finely chopped, fry in margarine. Fry the washed and peeled mushrooms with onions.
- Eggs beat up, add crushed herbs, salt and pepper to taste, stir.
- Add the pasta with mushrooms, pour the egg mixture, bake in the oven until a ruddy crust is formed.
