Macaroni with mushrooms and egg


For cooking pasta with mushrooms and eggs you will need:




  • 250 g of pasta,

  • 100 g of champignons,

  • 4 eggs,

  • 1 onion,

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of margarine,

  • parsley greens,

  • ground black pepper,

  • salt.


Preparation




  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Onion finely chopped, fry in margarine. Fry the washed and peeled mushrooms with onions.

  2. Eggs beat up, add crushed herbs, salt and pepper to taste, stir.

  3. Add the pasta with mushrooms, pour the egg mixture, bake in the oven until a ruddy crust is formed.
