Pasta with tomatoes and mushrooms

Pasta is the Italian name for all pastaproducts. To make pasta, it is best to take pasta from durum wheat - they do not boil, do not harm the figure and leave a feeling of satiety for a long time. For the preparation of pasta with tomatoes and mushrooms, any seasonal mushrooms can be used, but in this case the cooking time should be longer.
Pasta with tomatoes and mushrooms
To make pasta with tomatoes and mushrooms you will need:
- macaroni (any) - 400-500 g (1 pack)
- tomatoes in sauce - 1 pot
- greens - to taste
- champignons - 300-400 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- leek
Preparation
Wash, clean and cut mushrooms. Fry them for about 30 minutes, along with finely chopped onion in a frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
Boil the pasta.
Cut the tomatoes and add them to the almost ready mushrooms, add the tomato sauce and fry about 10 minutes. To taste, you can add butter.
Fresh or dried greens finely chopped and added to the tomato-mushroom mixture. Add the pasta.
Paste the stew under the lid for another 5 minutes.
