For cooking, you will need:



  • chicken - 2 pcs.

  • onions - 4 pcs.

  • carrots - 1 pc.

  • parsley root - 1 pc.

  • flour - 400 g

  • egg - 1 pc.

  • kefir - 1 glass

  • butter melted - 1 tbsp. a spoon

  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon

  • pepper black peas, salt

  • bay leaves, dill greens, parsley.


Preparation:


First you need to cut both chicken into pieces and cook them until the foam appears. Broth the broth.



After that, pieces of chicken pour boiling water,add 2 finely chopped bulbs, finely chopped parsley root and pepper to taste, cook until chicken is ready. Pieces of chicken take out, remove the bones and return the meat back to the pan.



Prepare the frying: 2 onions finely chopped, grate carrots, save with a spoon of oil. Add the frying broth to the chicken broth. Add the bay leaf, boil for 5 minutes, add dumplings, cook until they come up.



The dumplings are prepared like this: break the egg, butter and a part of kefir into flour, knead the dough. If the dough is too steep - add more kefir. Roll out into a long sausage, one and a half fingers thick, cut into pieces 2 cm long, preferably obliquely.



Salt and finely chopped herbs are added immediately before consumption.
