Chocolate jelly

Chocolate jelly
To prepare a jelly from chocolate, take the following ingredients:
- 0.5 liters of milk
- 100 g of bitter chocolate or 1-2 tbsp. l. cocoa
- 2-3 tbsp. l. potato starch
- 2-3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- egg white
Pour into a separate bowl 100 ml of milk and set aside. The rest of the milk is poured into a saucepan and heated over low heat.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, boldlygrinder or grate on a coarse grater. Put the chocolate in the heated milk and stir until it completely melts. If you use cocoa instead of chocolate, skip this step.
Once all the chocolate melts, removepot from the stove. Dissolve the starch in the cold milk. If you use cocoa instead of chocolate, mix it with starch and dissolve in cold milk.
Pour the chocolate milk pot back onplate and wait until it boils. In boiling milk add sugar (normal and vanilla), salt and bring it back to a boil. When it boils again, gently pour into the pan milk with starch dissolved in it and stir the jelly until it thickens.
Put the squirrels into a high capacity, beat them in a strong foam and gently enter it into the cooled jelly - due to this it will be more lush.
Bon Appetit!
