  • crushed garlic - 1 tbsp


  • Ground ginger - 5 gr

  1. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and vinegar. Very good whisk until the lumps and clots completely dissolve. Then set aside.


  2. Put the remaining ingredients in an enamel saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.


  3. Add the acetic-starch mixture, mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon and boil for 1 minute.


  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Serve with salmon, salmon, chicken liver, rice or fresh vegetables.

  • cornstarch - 60 gr

  1. In a small saucepan pour the water and dissolve in it cornstarch. Lightly beat with a fork so that the lumps completely dissolve. Add mirin, olive oil, soy sauce, sugar and liquid honey.


  2. Peel the garlic from the husks, divide into denticles, pass through the press and pour out to the rest of the ingredients.


  3. Ginger root grate on a fine grater, attach to the main sauce and mix very carefully.


  4. The container with the ingredients should be placed on a moderate fire, boil, and, stirring constantly, boil for 5-6 minutes.


  5. Remove from heat, cool thoroughly and pour into a convenient glass jar or bottle. Close the lid tightly and put it in the refrigerator.
