  1. In the first stage, vegetables are prepared. Roots are cleaned, cooked, cut into slices. Tomatoes are scalded, and peeled from them. Each tomato is cut into 4 parts. Pepper is removed from the seed chambers, it is chopped with straws. Cucumbers are cut into medium sized slices. It is also necessary to chop finely onion, garlic, greens.


  2. All vegetables are sent to a large enamel pot, poured with boiling water until full coverage. The mass is brought again to a boil and cooked for 7 minutes. There are added salt, spices, herbs.

  • salt - 1.5 tbsp. l .;


  • granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;


  • refined oil - 150 ml;


  • water - 300 ml;


  • vinegar - 8 tbsp. l.

  1. All vegetables are washed, cleaned, cut into cubes, rubbed on a grater (carrots). Spread out in a large saucepan. Then washed rice, greens, butter, water, salt, sugar is sent.


  2. The preparation in a saucepan is put on fire,heated to boiling. Then, at minimal heat, everything is stewed until the rice cereal is ready. At the last stage, vinegar is added, and the mass is cooked for another 5 minutes.
