Necessary ingredients:




  • chicken legs or legs - 2 pcs.


  • onions - 2 pcs.


  • Forest Mushrooms - 200 g


  • cream - 3 tbsp. l.


  • Butter - 40 g


  • hard cheese - 200 g


  • olive oil - for frying


  • dry mushrooms - 2 tbsp. l.


  • pepper ground, salt, bay leaves


  • pepper black peas - 5-6 pieces


  • fresh ginger - 1 pc


  • flour - 2 tbsp. l.



Cooking method:




  1. meat thoroughly rinse, fold in a pan, add bell pepper, bay leaf, peeled onion, salt. Cook until ready for 40-50 minutes, periodically removing the foam;


  2. after the meat is ready, separate it from the skin and cool it;


  3. peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes;


  4. white mushrooms, chanterelles, boletus wash and clean, cut;


  5. in olive oil lightly fry the onion, add crushed meat, mushrooms to it, and soak for 2-3 minutes;


  6. then add cream, flour, powdered mushrooms, spices, salt, butter, grated ginger root and simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat;


  7. spread on pots a julienne of chicken with cream, top with hard cheese;


  8. bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
