The recipe for salad "Mimosa"
Puff lettuce decorates any holiday and givesa highlight to the solemn table. Often this dish is prepared for the New Year and birthdays, but it's never harmful to treat yourself and without any special reason! Salad has several interpretations, but today we will make it in a classic way, with butter and cheese.

Interestingly, this dish appeared in the 70'syears, but to this day it is popular. Salad is called a beautiful spring flower because of its similarities with it. Yellow-white scale is associated with good mood and positive emotions. Prepare this beautiful and delicious dish is not difficult. Feel yourself not just a cook, but also to some extent a true artist!
Necessary ingredients:
sardine in oil (or with the addition of oil) 250 g
potatoes - 2 pieces
onion - 1 pc.
Butter - 20 g
eggs - 2 pieces
cheese - 150 g
salt, black pepper powder
low-fat mayonnaise
Cooking method:
Peel the potatoes and boil them whole. Eggs, too, boil hard.
While the ingredients are cooked, we will marinate the onions. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Put in a sieve and pour on boiling water. Then fold in a deep bowl, pour a small amount of water and vinegar (1: 1). Leave it for a while, let it marinate. We need all the bitterness to go away, and the taste become sour.
Cool the potatoes and eggs, and then grate on a large grater. Strain the onion through a sieve.
Hard cheese grate on a fine grater. Any ordinary variety will do.
We begin to form the layers of our salad. Take a flat dish and place the sardine on the whole surface (drain the oil), then - a layer of potatoes, cheese, onions and eggs. Each layer of water mayonnaise in small amounts (it is better to make a mesh), salt to taste. If the mayonnaise is already sufficiently salty, then you can not add salt. Top with eggs and pepper a little. Now it remains to make the last layer - oil. Frozen oil, grate on a fine grater and quickly sprinkle with the resulting shavings salad, until it melts.
Put in the fridge so that the oil does not melt. On top decorate with a sprig of parsley or dill.

Try to ensure that the temperature of all ingredients is the same before forming the layers. Put them in the cold for about 30 minutes;

onion in a salad is of great importance. Its taste greatly affects the entire composition of the dish. It is very important to marinate it correctly. Here is another way of marinovki with vinegar: dilute in boiling water a tablespoon of sugar and 1/4 salt, pour three tablespoons of 9% vinegar. Chop the onion into the resulting liquid and leave to marinate for at least an hour and a half until the water has completely cooled down;
canned salmon is also excellent for this dish;
After cooking the salad, you need to brew for a while, so that the layers are well soaked with each other.
