Secrets of delicious cooking roasted pollock
Fish should be included in the weekly diet of eacha man at least once a week. It is not by chance that a special "fish day" was instituted in Russia. And this is correct - any fish of lean sorts is rich in omega-fatty acids, contains many kinds of microelements and vitamin, necessary to ensure normal life of a person. Believe me, dietitians do not advise bad, especially since many kinds of low-fat fish can be cooked according to restaurant recipes. What we need to make this fish
First of all, it will be necessary to determinea frying pan in which our pollock will be roasted. Ideally, it should be a large skillet with non-stick coating and not too thick walls. Frying pollock is better in refined sunflower or olive oil.
And now let's define what ingredients we need for cooking. So:
4 medium pollock carcasses
Salt and pepper to taste
Two tablespoons of lime or lemon juice
Half a cup of olive oil
50 grams of butter
One head of onion onion
A glass of sour cream
Approximately one glass of cream (20% fat content)
Dill or parsley - one small bundle
