Necessary ingredients:
- pork - 1 kg
- champignons - 300 g
- onion - 200 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- salt and pepper - to taste.

- meat cut into portions, discourage, salt and pepper;
- peeled mushrooms cut into slices;
- cheese rubbed on a large grater, onion shinkuem rings;
- We grease the pan with oil and spread out all the balls: chops, mushrooms, onions, mayonnaise, lightly salted and peppered, top with cheese;

- pork - 1 kg
- carrots - 2 pieces
- onion - 300 g
- tomato paste - 50 g
- potatoes - 0,5 kg
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Cooking method:
- meat cut into small pieces and lightly beat, salt and pepper;
- potatoes of medium size are cleaned, cut into thin circles, salt;
- Onions and carrots are cleaned, shredded in circles and fried in a pan until golden, then add the tomato paste and stew for 5 minutes;
- on the baking sheet lay out everything in turn: meat, half of vegetables, on top of potatoes and other vegetables
- bake 3-40 minutes until cooked.
From above you can decorate with green onions, parsley. Serve with sour cream or fresh vegetables.
