In the past few years, she does not use alcohol, caffeine, pasta, potatoes, white rice, bread and preservatives.



The diet of Jennifer Aniston consists of 40% fresh fruit and vegetables, 30% are lean beef and white poultry meat, and another 30% are vegetable fats. Jennifer's menu for two days something like this:



The first day



Breakfast. Low-fat cheese or cottage cheese, one apple, one kiwi and one orange.

Dinner. Fish fillet (150 g), vegetable salad.

First breakfast. Fresh tomatoes, low-fat yogurt, toast from grain bread with 50 g of unsalted fat-free cottage cheese with greens and garlic.

Lunch. Salad of radishes and herbs, seasoned with lemon juice or olive oil, without salt.

Dinner. Salad of four boiled potatoes mediumsize, one large tomato, 1 tbsp. finely chopped green onions and parsley, seasoned with 1 tbsp. fat-free yogurt and 0,5 tsp. lemon juice.

Snack. 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese, mixed with a grated apple.

Dinner. Salad of cucumbers and dill, three baked potatoes.



Second day



First breakfast. Two potatoes baked with cheese (2 slices), low-fat ham (2 slices) and finely chopped onions (1 tablespoon)

Lunch. 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese, mixed with strawberries, apricots or peaches.

Dinner. Four boiled potatoes with dill and green onions, fresh cabbage and cucumber salad, dressed with 1 tsp. lemon juice.

Snack. One tomato.

Dinner. Salad of baked potatoes with radish and onions, seasoned with 1 tbsp. low-fat yogurt.

Breakfast. Cheese and eggs in a bag / omelette and tomato juice without salt / scrambled eggs with ham / smoked salmon with cheese and fresh cucumber.

Dinner. Vegetable salad (lettuce, radish, cucumber,tomato, spinach, sweet pepper, greens), dressed with olive oil and lemon juice, meat (chicken fillet, pork or lamb chop) or cauliflower with cheese.

Dinner. Shrimp, chicken, fish (perch, tuna, salmon) or consomme (vegetable soup with chicken giblets).
