Most likely, it, like no other diet, allows you to lose a record amount of extra pounds in a short period of time, although you will have to live starving to starvation. But if you survive it all, then you have an excellent result in your pocket.






From 5 kg of weight for 3 days you can get rid,feeding on the following menu. For breakfast, if you can call it that, dilute a tablespoon of honey for 150 ml. water and add 5-7 drops of lemon juice. After 10-15 minutes, drink a cup of tea. Lunch: boiled turkey with any vegetables (no more than 500 gr.). Dinner: boil 150-200 gr. white cabbage in 150 ml. water without salt for 15-20 minutes. Ready to drink broth for 30-40 minutes. Not too satisfying, of course. Cabbage broth, as well as its juice, is used in the treatment of obesity. Calories in this "dinner" is almost non-existent, so it will be hard. This diet is not recommended to stay longer than 3 days.



There is here such variant of an extreme diet,designed for a week. For each day you need 7 eggs and 7 grapefruits. Eggs should be cooked exactly 10 minutes, then cut all the eggs in half and take out the yolk. Yolk can be given to any member of the family or pet, but not to eat. So, in the morning we eat 1 egg (protein), after 1 hour or 1.30 minutes - grapefruit, then again after 1.30 minutes egg (protein) and after 1.30 minutes grapefruit, etc. For the whole day you must eat 7 eggs (protein) and 7 grapefruits. The diet is designed for a maximum of a week and not more. Every day you lose from 0.5 to 1 kg. Thus, for a week you can lose about 7 kg. In a day, be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water. For best effect, every day, do 10 minutes of gymnastics, elementary exercises - swing the press 30 times, squats 30 times, slopes of the upper body - 30 times.



If you do not like eggs and grapefruits, trysuch an option. It is also designed for a week. Before the diet, it is necessary to hold a fasting day on this schedule: 8 hours: a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon. 10 hours: a glass of water or pineapple juice. 13 hours: a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon, a glass of tomato juice, a cup of green tea. 15 hours: a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon. 18 hours: a glass of multivitamin or pineapple juice, a cup of green or black tea. 20 hours: a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon, a glass of carrot juice. 22 hours: a cup of chamomile tea.



1 day. Breakfast: muesli (70-80 gr.), Bread with bran, 1 tbsp. l. honey. 11 hours: 100 gr. green salad, tomato, wholemeal bread with cheese, 1 tbsp. grape juice. Lunch: 200 g of chicken or turkey fillet. Dinner: a glass of low-fat (1%) kefir or yogurt.



2 day. Breakfast: fruit salad (oranges, bananas, kiwi, seasoned with natural yogurt), bread with bran. 10 hours: sandwich with tuna, 2-3 radishes. Lunch: 200-300 gr. boiled veal with vegetables and rice. Dinner: compote of dried fruits.



3 day. Breakfast: oat flakes with milk, half a banana or an apple. 10 hours: baked potatoes with sweet red pepper and cheese, a bunch of grapes. Lunch: boiled fish with lemon juice, spices and green dill. Dinner: baked apple.



4 day. Breakfast: oatmeal on the water, 1 tbsp. orange juice. 11 hours: half a tuna. Lunch: spaghetti with cauliflower, fresh vegetable salad. Dinner: a glass of juice.



5 day. Breakfast: muesli, banana, 1 tbsp. orange juice. 11 hours: salad from boiled vegetables with vegetable oil. Lunch: cod fried. Dinner: a glass of compote.



6 day. Breakfast: boiled fish, bread from wholemeal flour, egg, 1 tbsp. grapefruit juice. 11 hours: pasta with green salad (cucumbers, onions, lettuce). Lunch: 300 g of baked chicken fillet with vegetables. Dinner: a glass of kefir or yogurt.



7 day. Breakfast: black coffee without sugar, 2 sweet rusks. Lunch: fish, stewed with vegetables, tomato. Dinner: 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese, green or black tea without sugar.
