The orange dietThe orange diet Is a very good way to get rid of excess weightfor a short period of time. It is easy and pleasant, if, of course, you do not have allergies to citrus fruits. Oranges contain a large amount of vitamin C, which positively affects the immune, nervous and circulatory system of the body. Just like other diets, the orange has several options.




One of them is designed for 3 weeks for 5 days a week (on weekends you can eat habitually). During this period, you can lose 10 kg.



1 day. Breakfast: 1 orange, cracker, tea or coffee without sugar. Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 2 cups of yogurt or kefir; 2 crackers. Dinner: 2 tomatoes; 2 boiled eggs; half of lettuce leaves; 2 crackers.



2 day. Breakfast: 2 oranges, tea without sugar. Lunch: 1 orange or grapefruit, 1 boiled egg, 2 cups yogurt (kefir), 2 crackers. Supper: 125 gr. beef, 1 tomato, 1 orange or grapefruit, 1 cracker or toast, 1 cup of yogurt.



3 day. Breakfast: 1 orange, cracker, tea or coffee without sugar. Lunch: 1 orange or grapefruit; 1 egg, 2 cups of yogurt, 2 crumbs or toast. Dinner: 125gr steak or roast beef, 1 orange or grapefruit, 1 toast or toast, 1 glass of yogurt.



4 day. Breakfast: 2 oranges, tea without sugar. Lunch: 125 gr. fat-free cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 pickled cucumber, 1 cracker or toast. Supper: 125 gr. beef meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 cracker.



5 day. Breakfast: 1 orange, cracker, tea or coffee without sugar. Lunch: 200 gr. fish to choose from, 1 tomato, 1 cracker, half a lettuce leaf, yogurt or kefir. Dinner: half a lettuce leaves, 1 egg, 1 tomato. Fish should be cooked with dietary oil, steamed or boiled. Cook the meat on the grill, steamed or boiled. Coffee and tea should be drunk without sugar and milk. Mineral water without gas can be drunk indefinitely.



A 3-week diet can have such a menu. 1 week: per day 1 kg of oranges, 2 eggs, 2 liters of mineral water. 2 week: per day 1 kg of oranges, cereals in any quantity, but without salt, 2 liters of mineral water. 3 week: per day 1 kg of oranges, fruits and vegetables in any quantity. With such a diet, you can lose weight by 4-8 kg per week.



3 kg of excess weight can be reset in a weekorange diet, eating in this way. Breakfast: 100 gr. cereals with bran, bread toast with bran and 1 orange; or toast, 100 gr. orange juice, 1 soft-boiled egg and tsp. margarine; or 50 grams. low-fat cheese, 4 toast, 125 gr. melons and 2 tsp. margarine. Lunch: half a l. honey, 150 gr. lettuce leaves and 50 gr. salmon, 2 tsp. mayonnaise, 2 slices of bread and yogurt (65 g); or 150 gr. beans and lettuce leaves, toast with 1 tsp. margarine and orange; or 50 grams. cheese, 150 gr. boiled potatoes, 1 tomato, 2 tsp. margarine and cucumber; or 50 grams. balyk from beef, salad from greens and vegetables with beets (75 gr.), 75 gr. rice and orange. Dinner: 75 gr. Each. liver on the grill and mushrooms, 125 gr. raspberries and 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 75 gr. each. wild garlic and green beans; or chicken, flavored with paprika, orange, 75 grams. brussels sprouts and broccoli; or 75 gr. pork and boiled potatoes, the same amount of carrots and zucchini, 125 gr. yogurt and 100 gr. of pineapple.



The orange diet is low-calorie, but containsa lot of vitamins, protein, fiber. It helps to cleanse the intestines, remove excess fluid and swelling from the body. Even for people who do not have excess weight, it is sometimes useful to be on such a diet.
