In just forty minutes you can cook a sweet and tasty pie with cherries and cereal.


Necessary ingredients:



  • cherry (pitted) - 1 kg

  • oatmeal - two large glasses

  • Wheat flour - 200 g

  • butter

  • sugar

  • sugar vanilla - 1 tbsp. l.

  • lemon peel

  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

  • eggs - 3 pieces

  • rum - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method



  1. In a deep bowl, put the oil, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk.

  2. Add two eggs and a lemon rind.

  3. Take one glass of flakes and mix them with flour. Add all these ingredients in a bowl and pour rum (instead of alcohol you can use ordinary water).

  4. Roll the cake dough out of the mass.

  5. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and lay out the resulting dough. Top with cherries.

  6. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining flakes and add a little sugar to taste.
