Preparation::



  1. Chop the chicken breast into a blender, mix it with the egg and add the spices.

  2. In the resulting mince we add oat bran, tomato paste, cheese and crushed basil leaves.

  3. Rinse the mushrooms, remove the legs and put onin the middle of each cap there are two tablespoons of minced meat. Send it to the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving. If you have left the stuffing, you can make it from meatballs for soup.

  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.

  • Low-fat curd pasta - 4 tbsp. l.

  • Green onions - 1 beam

  • Strips of bacon - 6 pieces

  • Salt pepper


Preparation:



  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Wash the fillet, dry it and make incisions in the form of pockets. Salt and pepper, put aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the curd mass and the green onion, sprinkle a little.

  4. Pour the cottage cheese inside the chicken fillet, wrap each pouch with two strips of bacon. So the fillet will turn out juicier and more fragrant.

  5. Place the stuffed fillet on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • Low-fat curd pasta - 400 g

  • Espresso coffee - 300 ml

  • Sugar substitute to taste


Preparation:



  1. Mix in a bowl of egg yolks, sugar substitute,cottage cheese, baking powder and vanillin. In another bowl, whisk the squirrels until firm peaks, gradually apply the flour. Connect the two masses and lay them in a mold. Bake a biscuit 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Pull and cool.
