Today we will cook a very unusual treat. It will be a sweet biscuit, but one of the main ingredients of our recipe will be beer. Yes, beer! It turns out that cookies can be cooked not only on sour cream and kefir, but also on beer.
There are many recipes for biscuits on beer, but often the presence in them of this drink ends at the level of syrup, which is watered with the finished cookies.

So, we figured out that the recipe for our biscuits would be beer. But what else? In appearance it is very chocolate, which means that we will add cocoa powder.
Also in our recipe there is aingredient, like black molasses (molasses), which gives an incredible aroma to the baking. These chubby soft little cookies will perfectly match both with a hot cup of coffee, and with a glass of ice cream. Let us consider in more detail what we need, in order to cook cookies on beer.

- 200 ml of dark beer
- 100 g of butter slightly softened
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. extra black cacao
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 tsp. black molasses
- 1/2 tsp. vanillin
- 1 egg
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, soda, baking powder and chocolate chips. To make a dough on a biscuit beer, in a large container, beat together the butter and sugar until an airy consistency is achieved.
Add the black treacle, vanillin and egg and againmix it well. Align the contents of the two containers together and add the beer, mix well to make a homogeneous mixture. Knead the dough. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until it hardens. Form the balls from the dough and place them evenly on the previously prepared baking sheet.
In order for cookies to be the same, fortheir formation can use a round spoon for ice cream. Type the hardened dough with this spoon, as you would type ice cream and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the top layer is soft and springy.
Before serving, the cookies should cool down. It can be decorated with powdered sugar. We advise you to cook cookies on beer without margarine, replacing it with butter if possible, so that the delicacy turned out not only tasty, but also useful.
