The inability to serve the loved ones on the tableSince the summer of the dish - an obvious lack of winter cuisine. We have to repair this flaw ourselves. Habitual in the pre-winter period was the procedure of twisting jam, jams, and various kinds of compotes.


To fall for winter, you can and other goodies: mushrooms, berries and cabbage. An excellent embodiment of the latter option is a canned cabbage salad. You can serve it directly from the can as a salad, or use it as a dressing for a real nutritious borsch.





Preservation of cabbage, t. e salads, seasonings and soups on a "cabbage basis" with the addition of vegetables and spices - the idea is tasty, useful and timely, given the proximity of the winter months. Remember that sluggishness in terms of twists for the winter will significantly impoverish your diet, and even lead to exhaustion and avitaminosis in winter. So with the blanks do not hesitate.

Vegetables with mushrooms - delicacy, worthyfestive table, but it is also acceptable in everyday treats. Considering the grandiosity of the main winter holiday and the saturation of the next New Year holidays, it is impossible to do without such a salad in the cold season. To prepare it you will need:



  • kilogram of mushrooms,

  • 2 kilograms of white cabbage,

  • vegetable oil,

  • tomato paste (suitable and the one that is made at home),

  • various condiments.


In a wide range of mushrooms, it is better to stopon champignons. These mushrooms are convenient for their small size and lack of bitter aftertaste, which deprives us of the need to soak them before twisting. From the spices it is appropriate to have a standard set of spices, used for pickling mushrooms: bay leaf, sweet pepper, currant leaves and cherries.


The process of conservation of cabbage with mushrooms in stages


1. Finely shred cabbage, cut into rings with onions. Cut the vegetables into a saucepan and put it on the gas. Pour in the oil, add the vinegar.


2. We give boiled cabbage half an hour, after which we supplement the vegetable composition with condiments.


3. Thoroughly wash the mushroom caps and put them on the gas in a separate pan.


4. Cook mushrooms for 15 minutes, not forgetting to remove the formed layer of foam - it will badly affect the taste and adversely affect the stability of conservation.


5. Drain the water, rinse the mushrooms and cut them in half.


6. Grind the mushrooms on a small fire fry along with onions.


7. Add the ready cabbage with seasonings. Cover the frying pan with a lid and stew the contents for 7-10 minutes.


8. After, turn off, let the cabbage salad cool down, and distribute it to the banks. For a daily winter meal, cabbage salads with tomatoes, onions or cucumbers will be useful. Recipes for summer cabbage salads are usually uncomplicated, but care must be taken in advance.


It is worth making sure of availability in your kitchen:



  • Cabbage in the number of several heads;

  • 2-3 pieces of red bell pepper;

  • Bulbs of bulbs;

  • Kilogram tomato, preferably green - they better tolerate pickling and marinade;

  • Salt and sugar in the quantities required, a bottle of vinegar and sweet pepper.


Vegetable salads from cabbage for the winter are prepared as follows:



  1. We prepare the vegetables, and cut them accordingly: tomatoes - squares, onions and cabbage with small straws, pepper - strips 2-3 cm long.

  2. Vegetables are mixed and seasoned with salt. On top of the vegetable stew we put large upper cabbage leaves.

  3. Cover the gauze, on top of which we put the load.

  4. After 10 hours, dismantle the structure and drain the accumulated juice.

  5. Add the rest of the spices - ground pepper, salt and sugar.

  6. Now add the water to the vegetables, and stew for another 20 minutes.

  7. Done! Let's let our salad cool down, place it on the banks and spin it in accordance with conservative recommendations.


Delicious and nutritious cabbage salad will be a bright and pleasant reminder of summer in the harsh and cold winter evenings.
