Many housewives are aware of the way to quickly prepare lightly salted cucumbers in a cellophane bag. But is it possible to cook tomatoes in this way?

Recipe for "Lightly salted tomatoes in a package"
Products:
kilograms of tomatoes,
sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.,
ground hot chili peppers, garlic,
parsley and dill,
salt - a tablespoon,
granulated sugar - a teaspoon.
Preparation of lightly salted tomatoes:
1. Thoroughly rinse the vegetables, remove the whole pith with the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper. In tomatoes it is desirable to cut off the bonnet - so they will soak up the salt much better.
2. Rinse the greens and chop very finely. We clean the garlic and divide it into large pieces.
3. Now all the ingredients, including sugar, salt and pepper, add to the bag and mix. 4
. We tie the package and shake it so that the salt and sugar are distributed over the package.
5. Wrap the package in another one and put it in a warm place. Tomatoes can be eaten in a couple of days. If you want to pickle green tomatoes in this way, the difference in cooking is only in a longer pickling time - you will need to wait about 4 days until the tomatoes completely salted and marinated.

Freshly salted tomatoes
What products are needed for cooking:
1 kilogram of tomatoes,
2-3 cloves of garlic,
small horseradish back,
salt - 30-40 grams,
sugar - 10-12 grams and a dense plastic bag (as an option - 2 thin cellophane bags, stacked one in the other).
To taste, you can also use leaves of cherry, black currant and a pea of sweet pepper.
How to:
1. Take each tomato, rinse well and puncture the peduncle. Use a clean large needle or toothpick to do this. Maximum, you need to make five or six holes.
2. Fold in the plastic bag dill umbrellas and prepared (item 1) tomatoes.
3. Cut large segments of garlic, greens (dill or parsley), peel and cut the horseradish root, and then mix them with tomatoes in a sachet.
4. The package is then added with salt and sugar.
5. Tie the ends of the bag into a tight knot and gently shake all the ingredients so that the spices and vegetables are evenly distributed in the bag.
6. In a couple of days you will be able to open the package and eat delicious tomatoes!
Quick, lightly salted tomatoes per day
Grocery list:
1 kg of tomatoes,
2-3 cloves of garlic,
water - one liter,
salt - 1,5 tablespoons, granulated sugar - one teaspoon,
greens: sweet pepper - 2 peas, black pepper - 2 peas, dill - 2-3 pcs. (umbrellas), horseradish - 1 leaf, black currant - 2-3 leaves.
How to cook:
1. Thoroughly rinse all the tomatoes and greens. In each tomato it is recommended to make small holes with a toothpick in any 3-4 places. 2. Peel the garlic from the husk and cut it into small plates.
3. Take a clean jar, preferably processed with steam or high temperature (in a microwave oven), and place in it all the greens, peppercorns and garlic.
4. Top with tomatoes and pour cold water into the jar, then pour into a saucepan.
5. Add salt and sugar to the water, put it on the fire and wait for it to boil. Cook for a maximum of 2 minutes, then cool to about 50-60 degrees and pour into a jar.
6. Leave the jar of tomatoes for 24 hours, after which you can safely serve the dish on the table! Keep fast, lightly salted tomatoes in the fridge.
