Cooking marinade for shish kebab from troutit is recommended immediately after you have prepared the fish - cleared it of scales, removed all the bones, chopped into small pieces. By itself, the marinade recipe is very simple, so it prepares quickly - the fish will not have time to spoil.


For the marinade to trout we need the following ingredients:



  • 100 milliliters of vegetable oil

  • Squeezed juice of one lemon (thanks to him, the marinade to the shish kebab from trout will become even more fragrant)

  • Two cloves of garlic

  • Greens to taste - parsley, coriander, basil, oregano

  • A pinch of nutmeg

  • Two or three laurel leaves (optional)

  • Salt and ground black pepper


First we will prepare all the necessary ingredients. All the greens are sorted, removing the spoiled leaves and stems, my under a cool (it is very important not hot!) Water, we grind with a knife.
