Baked troutThe symbol of the coming year is the Rabbit or the Cat. To cajole both of these animals, perfectly suited baked trout, because cats are very fond of fish, and the rabbit will taste green, sweet pepper and lemons, which are also part of this dish.






Baked trout



To prepare a trout baked in foil, you will need the following ingredients:



  • 1.5 kg rainbow trout

  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

  • 1 small bunch of parsley

  • 1 small bunch of dill

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 sweet peppers of different colors

  • large salt and freshly ground pepper - to taste



Wash the fish, gut it and remove the gills. Then rinse the trout again and dry with a clean towel. Fold the foil for baking in two layers, lay parsley on it, then trout. Rub the fish carcass with freshly ground pepper and large salt inside and out.



Wash the lemon, squeeze out half of the lemon juice. Freshly squeezed lemon juice mixed with vegetable oil, cover with this mixture trout and leave for 15-20 minutes. Cut the second half of the lemon in circles, then cut each circle in half. Make a small cut on one side of the trout (angle 45 °) and insert a slice of lemon into them.



Wash, dry, finely chop the greens of dill andfill her abdomen with fish. Then put a lemon, from which you squeezed out the juice. After lifting the edges of the foil, fix it out so that it is good to close the fish from all sides with foil. Trout is baked in preheated to 180-190 ° C for 35-40 minutes. When the baking comes to an end (about 10 minutes before cooked), open the foil to lightly brown the fish.



Put the trout on the leaves of lettuce. Remove the sweet pepper from the seeds, rinse and cut into thin strips. Decorate them with trout and serve to the table.
