Liver with mushrooms

Chicken liver with mushrooms

500 g of chicken liver
150 g fresh mushrooms
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1.5 tbsp. l. flour
1 tsp. paprika
cooking oil for frying
butter or margarine for frying
greens, ground black pepper, salt - to taste
For sauce
1 tomato
50 ml of dry white wine
Champignons mine and large chop. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings, garlic is passed through the press. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the garlic and fry for another 2-3 minutes, then add the mushrooms and fry another 5-7 minutes.
Mine and dry the liver, cut into smallpieces. Mix flour with paprika in a bowl, roll the liver in this mixture. Preheat a frying pan with margarine or butter, fry the boneless liver in it for about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms with onion to the liver and fry for about 5 minutes. Solim and pepper to taste.
Now prepare the sauce. Tomato blanch in boiling water for a minute and peel, and then grind in a blender. Mix the tomato "gruel" with wine and add the resulting sauce to the liver with mushrooms. Stew on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Liver with mushrooms in sour cream
The liver with mushrooms, stewed in sour cream, is an ideal dish for a family dinner. For its preparation, we store the following products:
500 g of chicken liver
300 g of fresh champignons
2 onions
4 tbsp. l. sour cream
2 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil
ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Champignons carefully washing and cut into large pieces. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. The liver is washed and cut into large pieces, after removing all unnecessary.
We heat the vegetable oil in a frying panfry the liver on medium heat until ruddy. It is important not to overcook it, because it will become stiff. Add onions and mushrooms, cook until the mushrooms are reduced in volume and juice is not allowed.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then remove the lid and extinguish further until the excess liquid evaporates.
Liver with mushrooms in the microwave
For cooking the liver with mushrooms, you can use a microwave oven. To cook a liver with cream and mushrooms in a microwave, we will need:
300 g of liver
170 g of champignons
100 g of onions
100 ml of mushroom broth
100 ml cream
30 ml of vegetable oil
25 g of flour
a little Madera (can be replaced with good table wine or port wine)
parsley, pepper, salt - to taste
Liver is washed, dried, cut into pieces and crumbled in flour. Champignons mine, boil and also sliced. Onions are cleaned and finely chopped.
We preheat the dishes for the microwave, put the liver in it, cooked two minutes, at full power (when the minute passes, the liver will need to be turned over).
Mix 100 ml of broth obtained aftercooking mushrooms, with the same amount of cream. Mix the liver with mushrooms, sprinkle onions and pour cream sauce. We cook at full power for 1-2 minutes.
Before serving, add Madera, salt and pepper to taste, mix and sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
