Chicken breast with mushrooms in creamy sauce
We offer you a recipe for chicken breast stewed in creamy sauce with mushrooms. Real jam! For cooking dishes we reserve the following products:
1 chicken breast (2 pieces fillets)
200 g champignons
150 ml chicken broth
150 ml low-fat cream
1-2 onions
2 tsp. flour
butter and vegetable oil for frying
greens of dill, freshly ground pepper, salt - to taste
Chicken fillet carefully my, dry withhelp paper towels and rub it with salt and pepper. Melt in a frying pan 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the chicken to a ruddy crust (3-4 minutes on each side). Instead of butter, you can use a mixture of cream and vegetable. We transfer the roasted chicken into the baking dish, put it in a preheated oven and bake for 8-12 minutes.
While the meat is baked, cook the creamy sauce withmushrooms. Champignons are mine, dried and sliced. We clean onions and finely chopped onions. I wash my greenery, and we cut it, too. Fry the onions for 4-5 minutes in the same pan where the chicken was roasted. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 6 minutes, stirring.
Sprinkle onions and mushrooms with flour, fry 1-2 moreminutes, then pour in the broth. Stirring, bring to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Solim and pepper to taste, reduce fire, inject cream and mix thoroughly. Stew on low heat for 2-3 minutes (until the sauce thickens), not letting boil. Add the dill and mix.
Chicken breasts are transferred into a pan with sauceand heat it over with minimal heat, covering it with a lid. Before serving, chicken chicken breast slices about a half centimeter thick and pour cream sauce.
Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms
Mushrooms can not be added to the sauce, but used as a filling. Also, we suggest adding a little ham to the filling. To prepare a chicken breast by this recipe, let's take:
400 g chicken breast
100 g of champignons
100 grams of ham
1 onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. l. mustard
2 cloves of garlic
greens, peppers, salt - to taste
cooking oil for frying
flour and bread crumbs
Mushrooms and onions are cleaned and washed, finely chopped andfry in vegetable oil. Garlic is cleaned, let's go through the press and add to the onions with mushrooms. We also add ham and chopped ham, cut with mustard and mix.
Chunks of chicken fillet washed and driedwith a towel. We rub with pepper and salt. In each piece of brisket we make a deep longitudinal incision - we should get a "pocket", into which we will put the filling. We prepare the prepared breast with mushrooms and ham.
We roll every breast in flour from all sides,then dipped in a lightly beaten egg and crumble in breadcrumbs. Fry from all sides in a heated frying pan in a small amount of oil to a crispy crust, then slightly reduce the heat and fry until cooked.
Baked chicken breast with mushrooms
Chicken breast with mushrooms can not only be fried or stewed, but also baked. It turns out a very tender and juicy dish. For its preparation we will need:
chicken breast - 2 pcs.
medium mushrooms - 20 pcs.
coriander - 8 branches
Processed cheese - 1 pc.
kefir or sour cream - 0,5 st.
ground black pepper, salt - to taste
Cut chicken breasts along into halves. In each piece, we make a deep incision-"pocket" with a sharp knife. We put the chicken in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste, pour kefir or sour cream. Stir thoroughly, leave to marinate for at least an hour.
Champignons are mine, cut along. Cilantro finely chopped. Fused cheese cut into thin plates. We put the marinated chicken breast on the foil for baking, put the mushrooms in the "pocket", sprinkle with greens and put the processed cheese on top. We wrap the breast in foil.
Thus, we fill and wrap all four pieces of fillets into the foil. We put it on a baking sheet, put it in a preheated to 180 degree oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
