Pate from chicken liver



    For the preparation of pate you will need:



  • 500 g of chicken liver,

  • 1 large onion,

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic,

  • 50 g of butter,

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste,

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream,

  • black ground pepper, salt.


Preparation




  1. Liver wash, lightly dry, cut into small pieces.

  2. Finely chop onion.

  3. Liver fry with onions and half oil.

  4. Add the cream and tomato paste, mix thoroughly, lightly extinguish.


  5. The resulting mixture is ground with a mixer or wipe through a sieve.

  6. Pour the finished pate with the remaining melted butter.
