  • Bone broth - 1 liter.

  • Tomato puree - 200 g.

  • Carrots - 80 g.

  • Flour - 50 g.

  • Onion - 1 pc.

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

  • Sour cream - 250 g.

  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.

  • Butter - 1 tbsp.

  • Salt



Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry invegetable oil until golden brown, then add the whole sour cream and cook for 6-8 minutes. At the end of the time, salt the mixture to taste, add the tomato paste and wait for the sauce to boil. Leave it to boil on a small fire for about 5 minutes, and at the end add butter.   • Milk - 1,5 tbsp.

  • Butter - 2 tbsp.

  • Flour - 1 tbsp.

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt



Pour the milk into a saucepan, place it there too.finely chopped onions and several laurel leaves. Bring the mass to a boil and immediately remove from heat, putting it aside for 15 minutes.
