Beef with pickled cucumbers
The assortment of beef dishes seems rather narrow: beef chops, beef stew, boiled beef ... Try to dilute it with a new dish - beef with pickled cucumbers.
Beef with pickled cucumbers
To prepare this dish we will need:
500 g beef fillet
3-4 salted cucumber
2 heads of onions
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
green onions, garlic, salt, pepper - to taste
We cut beef fillet (tenderloin) with smallslices and sprinkle with salt. Onions are cleaned, finely shredded and fried in vegetable oil, along with pieces of beef fillet. Garlic is passed through the press. Add garlic, ground black pepper and a quarter cup of water to the frying pan with meat and onions. Stew about 10 minutes. Salted cucumbers cut into small pieces, add to the meat and stew for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. We serve the finished meat with the chopped green onions.
