Braised potatoes in sour cream



One of the main advantages of this dish is the simplicity and speed of its preparation. And, of course, great taste. To cook potatoes, stewed in sour cream, we'll take:



  • 1 kg of potatoes

  • 250 g sour cream

  • 50 g of dill

  • bay leaf, pepper, salt - to taste


We boil the potatoes and cut them. Fold in a pan, add pepper and bay leaf, salt to taste. Fill with sour cream and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes under the closed lid. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.



Potatoes in sour cream with mushrooms



This version of potatoes in sour cream is slightly more complicated in cooking, but its divine taste compensates for the efforts and time spent on cooking. To prepare this dish, we will need to take:



  • 800 g of small potatoes

  • 400 ml of hot water

  • 300 g sour cream

  • 200 g champignons

  • 50 ml of olive oil

  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp. l. flour

  • 1 head of garlic

  • 1 large onion

  • half-pint of parsley

  • half-fennel dill

  • ground black pepper, salt - to taste


Potatoes are carefully mine, but not clean (thereforefor preparing a dish, it is better to choose small potatoes with a thin skin). We dissolve the potatoes with a towel. We warm the frying pan with olive oil well, put potatoes in it and fry it to make it brown.



We clean garlic and mushrooms, champignons cutlarge pieces (can be in half) and put mushrooms with garlic in a frying pan. Fry for about 5 minutes. Pour warm water in the pan so that it covers the potatoes approximately by one third and stew until ready until the liquid evaporates. From time to time you need to gently stir the contents of the frying pan. Five minutes before the meal is poured in soy sauce.



While stewing the potatoes, fry the onion. We clean the onion, cut into half rings and roll in flour. On a well heated frying pan with olive oil, put onions and fry until golden.



Finished potatoes are laid out on a frying pan, watered with sour cream and sprinkled with fried onions and finely chopped parsley and dill.
