Recipe № 1. Pilaf with chicken in pots

Necessary ingredients:



  • chicken - 800 g

  • rice - 400 g

  • large onions - 2 pieces

  • garlic - 1 head

  • carrots - 2 pieces

  • vegetable oil, salt, pepper, spices.


Cooking method:



  1. cut the meat into small pieces;

  2. fry in oil until golden brown;

  3. separately cut onions and carrots into cubes or straws and also fry. By the way, the more onions and carrots, the more delicious and aromatic;

  4. rinse thoroughly with cold flowingwater, until the water becomes clear. It is better to take oblong parboiled rice, it keeps the shape well, from which the dish will always be crumbly.

  5. we take pots and put it this way: first vegetables, then a bird, then pour the croup evenly over the whole surface, spices and salt to taste;

  6. fill everything with liquid;

  7. close the lid (under the lid put a piece of foil or parchment, so everything is perfectly steamed) and put in the oven;

  8. make the gas stronger, so that everything boils, and thenwe leave on a small fire to languish, periodically controlling the amount of liquid. When the water is almost boiled, add 2-3 cloves of garlic to each pot and leave it for 5-10 minutes in the oven.


Serve hot with fresh vegetables and herbs.

Recipe № 2. Pilaf with chicken and mushrooms


The combination of mushrooms and poultry is simply superb, and if you add more aromatic spices, it will generally turn out a dish - "lick your fingers."


Necessary ingredients:



  • chicken fillet - 1 kg

  • rice - 2 items

  • carrots - 2 pieces

  • onion - 2 pieces

  • mushrooms - 200 g

  • garlic - 1 head

  • spices: ginger, barberry, turmeric, pepper

  • salt, vegetable oil.


Cooking method:



  1. Meat washed and cut into uniform pieces;

  2. take a paper towel or napkin and thoroughly dry the bird;

  3. into the cauldron or goose we pour the oil, reheat it and put the meat there to be roasted;

  4. cut the onions and carrots and add to the cauldron;

  5. simmer on low heat for 15 minutes;

  6. add the large morsels chopped mushrooms. Mushrooms fit any and even dried;

  7. put the salt, spices and the whole head of garlic and squeeze it on a small fire for another 10 minutes;

  8. rinsed groats uniformly poured over the entire surface and poured water to cover everything;

  9. Stew the pilaf under the lid on low heat until rice absorbs all the water. And do not try to mix, you can pierce in 2-3 places to make sure that everything is ready.

Recipe No. 3. Pilaf with chicken and pineapple


Do not say no immediately. Yes, it sounds strange "pilaf with pineapple", but, believe me, this is very unusual and tasty, especially since pineapple has always been well combined with chicken.


Necessary ingredients:



  • chicken - 500 g

  • pineapple canned - 200 g

  • rice - 500 g

  • cream - 3 cups

  • vegetable oil, spices, salt.


Cooking method:



  1. cut the pieces of fried poultry into butter until golden;

  2. pour the cream and stew until the cream evaporates;

  3. to the meat we add pieces of pineapple, salt, spices to your taste. Pineapple fits well with curry and saffron, but everything is fine in moderation, so do not overdo it;

  4. all together we extinguish for another 10 minutes;

  5. Separate the groats separately in a saucepan until cooked;

  6. combine the bird with pineapple and croup and let stand for 1.5-2 hours. When serving, you can decorate with greens.
