Cakes with salmon
To prepare 4 portions of this snack, take:
- 500 g of potatoes
- 8 thin slices of smoked salmon
- 150 g of sour cream with a fat content of 18%
- 50 g of sour cream with a fat content of 22%
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 0.5 bunch of parsley
- salt, white pepper - to taste
- butter and margarine for frying
Wash the potatoes and cook it for about 15 minutes in salted water. Prepared potatoes remove from the plate, pour cold water, clean and cool.
Mix both kinds of sour cream. If you want the dish to turn out to be less caloric, replace 18% sour cream with natural low-fat yogurt without flavors. Wash the spring onions, dry with a paper towel and finely chop. Shredded onion in sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
On each plate nicely lay out two slices of smoked salmon, on top decorate it with 1 tsp. sauce from onion and sour cream, and put the remaining sauce in a saucepan.
Boil potatoes on a small grater. Wash the parsley, dry with a paper towel and finely chop. Stir potatoes, parsley, egg, pepper and 1 tsp. salt.
Preheat a little oil in a deep frying pan andmargarine. Form a potato mass cakes and fry them for 5 minutes on each side. Ready cakes put on plates with slices of salmon and serve with onion and sour cream sauce.
