Gingerbread Cookie
To make ginger biscuits, take:
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1.5 tbsp. Sahara
- 0,5 bags of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 pcs. carnations
- butter
- powdered sugar
Mix flour with baking powder (it can be replaced1 tsp. soda, extinguished vinegar), and sugar - with the egg. Combine all these ingredients and mix thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Add spices to the dough - ground ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Roll out the dough with plenty of flourtable in an even layer about 5 mm thick. Cut the pastry out of the dough. In the West, this cookie is traditionally carved in the form of ginger males. But you can use any New Year's shapes (Christmas trees, asterisks, etc.) or even an ordinary glass.
It is best to bake this cookie on the grate. Take the grate out of the oven and cover it with A4 paper sheets carefully lubricated with butter. Put the cookies on paper. The oven must be warmed up in advance for 20 minutes at full power, and then baked at half capacity until ready. Ready cookies should be hard and crunchy. Sprinkle it with the powdered sugar, while it is hot, and serve it to the table.
