Filling: 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, 250 g of smoked fish, 2-3 sour apples, 1 onion, 50 g of cheese, spices.



Prepare the dough, heat the milk and dissolve it.in it yeast. Add flour, eggs, sugar. Carefully knead so that there are no lumps. Add a lightly warmed oil and mix again. Let the dough come up, and during this time, prepare the filling. Remove the fish from the bones and cut into small pieces. Remove apples from the peel, remove the cores and cut into rings with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Finely chop the onion and lightly brown it with butter. Grate the cheese on the grater. Dough rolled and put on greased baking sheet. Lay evenly the layers on the entire surface in such a sequence: onion, fish. Then grease everything with sour cream, spread out in one layer slices of apple, season with dry spices. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in a heated oven, bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
