Pizza Calzone
Dough: 200 g flour, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 10 g yeast, 0.5 cup warm water, 0.5 teaspoon sugar, 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil.
Filling: 200 grams of salami, 300 grams of hard cheese, 100 gramssoft cheese, 2 tbsp. spoons of marjoram, 4 eggs, salt, ground black pepper, 4 tbsp. tablespoons grated cheese "Parmesan", 5 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, 4 tbsp. spoons of mashed tomatoes, 1 tbsp. spoon of a herbal mixture.
Prepare the yeast dough on an opaque in a doublequantity. Roll out 4 identical circles. Hard cheese grate, then mix with marjoram and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Soft cheese and salami cut into cubes, mix with 2 tbsp. spoonful of Parmesan cheese and add to the cheese mass. Lubricate the baking sheet and lay out the dough circles. Lubricate the dough with butter. The filling is divided into 4 parts and put each one on one half of the circle. Cover the top with the other half. The edges of the dough tightly fastened. At the top, grease the pizza with the remaining oil and put the mashed tomatoes. Sprinkle with herbs. Place in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes.
