GolubciCabbage rolls - Ukrainian national dish. A win-win both on the lunch table and on the festive table.





Ingredients:



  • cabbage - 1 head (1 kg)

  • pork - 300 g

  • beef - 300 g

  • mushrooms - 300 g

  • rice - 200 g

  • onion - 2 pieces

  • carrots - 2 pieces

  • vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons

  • sour cream (oily) - 5 tablespoons

  • tomato sauce - 4 tablespoons

  • salt

  • pepper


Preparation:



  1. Cut cabbage into boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then disassemble into leaves and cut thick veins.

  2. Boil rice in salted water for 15 minutes, do not digest.

  3. Meat grind on a meat grinder.

  4. Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil.

  5. Onion and carrots grate on a large grater and fry.

  6. All combine, salt, pepper and mix.

  7. We prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with tomato sauce, salt, pepper and pour 2 cups of boiling water.

  8. Mass of meat and rice to lay on the leaves of cabbage and wrap. Formed cabbage rolls put in a deep saucepan and pour sauce.

  9. Stew in the oven until cooked (about 1 hour and 20 minutes).
