Beetroot cold
Beetroot cold or simply chiller Is a Belarusian variant of okroshka. In this heat, there is nothing more beautiful and tastier than this slightly sour refreshing soup. This dish is prepared on the basis of beet broth, served cold with sour cream.

Beetroot cold
To prepare beetroots you will need:
- water - 2 l
- beet - 2 pcs.
- cucumber - 4 pcs.
- egg - 4 pcs.
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- ham - 200 g
- dill, green onion, salt, citric acid - to taste
- sour cream
- half boiled egg for decoration
Preparation
Boil the beetroot in the water. Cool it down. Beet broth set aside, grate the beetroot on a large grater.
Boil the eggs, potatoes. Cool, cut into cubes. Cut cucumber and ham into cubes.
Beet root broth acidify with citric acid, salt and, if desired, sweeten.
Mix the prepared ingredients and fill with beet broth. Add the greens. Put in a cold place for infusion.
When serving a portion of beetroot cold, decorate with half a boiled egg and a spoonful of sour cream.
