To prepare 4 servings of okroshka on kefir you will need:



  • kefir - 1 l

  • potatoes large - 2 pcs

  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.

  • cucumber - 2-3 pcs.

  • radish - 5-6 pcs.

  • ham - 400 g

  • salt to taste

  • green onions, dill, parsley to taste


Preparation



Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil "in a uniform" until ready. Let cool, peel.


Boil the eggs hard, chill, clean from shell.


Cucumbers to wash, dry, if necessary, peel.


Radish wash, dry, trimmed "tails".


Prepared potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, cut into small cubes, radish cut into thin small plates or grate.


Ham cut into small cubes, chop the prepared greens.


Mix all the ingredients, salt to taste, pour kefir, mix. If desired, dilute with mineral sparkling water.


Okroshka for 10-20 minutes put in the refrigerator.


Okroshka on kefir is ready! You can serve it with ice cubes: put 2-3 cubes in each serving plate.
