Chicken roll with fruit

To prepare a chicken roll with fruit you will need:
- for roll:
- chicken - 1 pc. (1-1.5 kg)
- Butter - 100 g
- fruit - 300 g
- salt, sugar - to taste
- for decoration:
- oranges - 2 pcs.
- cranberries - 50 g
- gelatin - 2 tbsp.
- water - 1 glass
- sugar - to taste
Preparation.
Wash the chicken, lightly scorch, to remove the remains of feathers. Cut the neck (if there is one). Also cut off the wings.
Starting from the back, remove the meat from the bones together with the skin. Places where the skin tore, sew.
With butter, grease the meat and put on it prepared fruit: prunes without pips, slices of apples, sprinkled with sugar.
Roll meat into a roll, sewing up the edges and tightly tying it with a rope.
On a greased baking sheet orFrying pan will lay out the roll, add a little water and bake the roll in the oven for about an hour. During baking roll should be turned over and poured with a formed juice.
Ready to take the roulette out of the oven, cool and put under pressure in a cold place. After six hours remove the rope from the rope and cut it into slices.
Served roll with cranberry jelly in orange "bowls".
To make jelly it is necessary to take cranberries,its boiling water and, wiping it through a sieve, squeeze the juice. Squeeze the puddles with water and boil for 5 minutes. Then drain the decoction, add the juice and swollen gelatin, sugar to taste.
From the oranges cut in half take out the flesh, and cook the skin for 5 minutes in water. Frozen jelly fill the resulting "cups" and leave in the cold to freeze.
