For cooking, you will need:

  • 200 g of prunes without seeds

  • 150 g of bacon, cut into strips

  • 2 cup dry red wine

  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

  • salt, black ground pepper


Preparation




  1. Pork cut into thin long strips, beat off, salt and pepper. Prunes cut into small pieces. Put the prunes on each piece of pork and roll into a roll.

  2. Wrap each roll with a strip of bacon and fix it with wooden toothpicks. Put in a bowl, add wine, cover and put it in the refrigerator for the night.

  3. The next day the wine is drained. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Form for baking grease with oil, put rolls and bake for 35-40 minutes, occasionally turning over.
