Pizza with brynza and olives
Dough: 250 g of flour, 25 g of yeast, 50 g of creamy. oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk.
Filling: 2 pods of sweet pepper, 4 tomatoes, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 pickled cucumber, 1 onion, 150 g of brynza, 10 olives, 0.5 cups of sour cream, salt, ground pepper.
Prepare yeast dough, roll out, lay outon the baking tray. Cut tomatoes into slices, peppers and onion into semicircles. Mix the vegetables, add the marinated cucumber cut into strips. Vegetable mixture to lay out on the dough, from above lay a uniform layer of diced cheese. Decorate with olives and pour the sour cream. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
