How tasty to cook "nests": a recipe for a dish with "Capellini" or "Tagliatelle" from IKFA
Who does not like mouth-watering and originalcooked pasta? Thanks to MAKFA you can create a real culinary masterpiece, which will be highly appreciated not only by the family members, but also by the guests. An unusual form of "nests" will allow serving the dish portionwise and aesthetically attractive.
What do you need to prepare a delicious dish?
So, how to prepare a "nest"? Delicious, juicy, literally melting in the mouth paste will come with tomatoes and minced meat. Spicy and hearty dish under the ruddy cheese crust will charm everyone with its delicate aroma and exquisite taste.
It takes only 50 minutes to prepare "Tagliatelle" or "Capellini" from MACFA. To create a culinary survey, you need:
½ pack of pasta;
300 grams of minced meat;
tomato (1 and 2 pieces);
100 ml of sour cream;
50 ml of tomato paste or ketchup;
100 gram of hard cheese;
Pepper, salt and other spices to taste;
5 cloves of garlic;
1 head of onions.
To start the "nest" you need to boil up tostate al dente. Then the pasta is gently extracted from the water by means of a noise. Put the pasta immediately on a baking tray, pre-smeared with a little vegetable oil.
Fineness of sauce and filling
The next step is to prepare the sauce. For this, it is necessary to combine ketchup, spices, salt and sour cream in a separate bowl. The resulting flavored composition should be carefully lubricated pasta on a baking sheet.
On a note! It is necessary to use sauce! Otherwise the pasta will simply dry up and not be tasty.
Use the whole sour-tomato mixture is not worth it. You should leave a small amount of such refueling - it will still be needed!
After the "nests" are fully prepared,you can go to the filling. To do this, in the minced meat you need to add a bulb, previously rubbed on a grater or scrolled in a meat grinder. Meat mass is savored by your favorite spices, after which you need to add a little salt to it.
Helpful advice! You can put in minced meat a little bread, soaked in water or in milk. Due to this component, the composition will not only be less greasy, but also more viscous.
Then from the stuffing you need to form small cakes. The optimal thickness of such blanks is 0.5-1 cm. Next they are laid on pasta smeared with sauce.
Now you should cut the tomato into thin slices, taking into account the number of "nests". Tomato slices are laid out on ground meat pancakes.
Then in the remaining amount of sauce from sour cream andketchup (remember, we left a little?) We need to add about 70 ml of water. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed and gently poured onto the baking tray.
Note! It is very important that the sauce not diluted with water does not fall on pasta "nests". Otherwise they may just fall apart.
A little liquid on the baking tray will avoid burning the dish in the oven or its strong weathering during cooking.
The final stage of preparation of "nests"
Then the dishes with pasta-meat "nests" should be put in the oven, which was pre-heated to 200 degrees. As a rule, only 20-25 minutes are enough for the delicacy.
Now you just chop the garlic and grate the cheese, after which the ingredients are mixed. If desired, you can add to them a little shredded greenery.
Approximately 7 minutes before the receivedgarlic-cheese mixture you need to sprinkle the dish abundantly, after which it returns to the hot oven. It is recommended to take out "nests" when they form a delicious golden crust, which will be the best decoration of the dish.
Ready-made "nests" are laid out on a large flata plate. From above "nests" you can sprinkle a little chopped greens of dill and parsley. Serving a dish is best when hot. Excellent complement to its fresh vegetables. If the treat is included in the festive menu, then it is recommended to serve a glass of Chianti, Barolo or Chardonnay wine.
