Necessary ingredients:
beef pulp - 600 gr
pickled cucumber - 2 pieces
carrots - 2 pieces
onion - 2 pcs.
garlic - 5 teeth
sunflower oil - 5 tbsp
tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
Step-by-step instruction
Beef rinse and chop fine strips.
Carrots and cucumbers cut into small cubes, chop the onions finely.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the meat on it for 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly with a wooden spatula.
Add onion and fry 1 minute.
Pour carrots and cook for 2 more minutes.

Peel the onions from the husks and cut into half rings, grate the carrots on a large grater, put them on a frying pan, season with spices, fry until soft and put into pots.
