  1. Dilute the jam with 3/4 parts of water (750 ml) in a small saucepan and put on medium heat. When the mixture boils, remove the pan from the fire and strain the broth through a sieve.


  2. In 250 ml of cold water we dilute the starch.


  3. In the resulting currant juice, add sugar and citric acid, stir. In a thin trickle, pour the starch into the boiling kissel.

    On a note! This amount of starch will allow you to cook quite a liquid jelly, which you can drink. If you want to cook a thicker dessert, then increase the amount of starch from 2 to 5-6 table spoons.



  4. Stir constantly, stir for 5-7 minutes until thick. Hot drink after cooking we pour into the forms and let it cool.

Strawberry kissel is loved by both adults and children (from 1of the year). Prepare this delicate treat can not only with fresh or frozen berries, but also from strawberry jam.   • red wine - 150 ml

  • water 250 ml

  1. Wine diluted with boiled cold water and set on medium heat.


  2. Starch is bred in cold water. Sugar is added to the jam and mixed.

    On a note! Instead of jam from red currants, you can take blueberry or cherry jam.



  3. When the wine boils, reduce heat and add jam. Stir, bring the mixture again to a boil and pour a thin trickle of starch.


  4. Stir thoroughly and bring the jelly to a boil for the third time. Remove from the fire and let it cool.


  5. We serve dessert in croissants with whipped cream.
