Necessary ingredients:




  • potatoes - 800 gr.


  • beef - 400 gr.


  • onions - 2 pcs.


  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp.


  • sour cream 20% fat content - 2 tbsp.


  • sunflower oil


  • ground pepper, salt




Step-by-step instruction




  1. First of all, prepare the stuffing for draniki. Rinse the meat thoroughly, peel off excess fat, films, veins and cut into small pieces. Then double-rotate the beef through a small meat grinder. Mix the prepared minced meat with one chopped onion, chilled cream and spices.

    On a note! Instead of ground beef for stuffing pancakes, you can use a meat mix of crushed pork and chicken fillet.

  • milk - 40 ml

  • fatty cream - 180 ml


  • egg whites - 2 pcs.


  • butter - 40 gr.

  • vegetable oil

  • ground pepper, salt

  1. First, prepare the mushroom billet. Finely chopped mushrooms mix with chopped onion and fry on melted butter until golden. Ready to fill the filling with greenery and spices.


  2. Then peel the peeled potatoes and immediatelypour warmed milk, so that during cooking, the pancakes do not darken. After 5-7 minutes, squeeze the potato mass with a two-layer gauze and mix with beaten egg whites, pepper and salt.


  3. Next, quickly fry the potato pancakes in hot sunflower oil until a mouth-watering color.
