Necessary ingredients:




  • milk 0.5 liters


  • yeast instant - 10 g


  • wheat flour of the highest grade - 1 kg


  • butter - 100 g


  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.


  • eggs - 15 pieces


  • green onions - 200 g


  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.


  • salt


  • vegetable oil

Cooking method:




  1. Boil 14 pieces of hard-boiled eggs, and leave one raw.


  2. Cut the butter into cubes and put in a smallcapacity. Melt on the stove, not bringing to a boil. Pour in the milk, add sugar, yeast and add. Sift several times flour and also pour into the ingredients.


  3. Now mix the dough. It should turn out to be soft and lush. Put in a dark, warm place to go.


  4. Next, we turn to the preparation of the filling. Wash the onion and crush it with a knife. Eggs cut into small pieces. Connect the onions and eggs and add the olive oil, salt and mix thoroughly.


  5. Prepare a chopping board, sprinkle with flourand put the dough there. Divide it into equal parts and roll each with a rolling pin. In the middle of the circles place the filling and tear the dough. You can give pies any shape: boats, round, envelope, etc. It all depends on your desire.


  6. Trace a large amount of vegetable oil and spread pies. Leave to infuse for 25 minutes.


  7. Beat the egg and grease them with the surface of the patties.


  8. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes.
