To make pies with mushrooms, you will need:

  • 3/4 cup of milk

  • 2 teaspoons dried yeast

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1-2 pieces of onions

Let's start with making a pastry dough. To do this, add a few spoons of flour, yeast and a spoonful of sugar to warm milk. Stir everything and leave it for half an hour under the lid.



Now you can add a softened creamybutter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, egg, and flour. Mix it well. The finished dough should be soft and will not stick to your hands. Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave the dough to get it up.



At this time, you can prepare the filling forpies. Peel and finely chop the onions. Fry it in a small amount of butter. Finely chopped mushrooms add to the onions and continue to fry everything until golden brown. To the filling was very tasty, add sour cream and salt to the mushrooms. Mix everything well and remove from heat. Allow the mushrooms to cool.



The dough, which by that time had already come,divide into small pieces. Now you can make pies. Patties should be put on a floured board with a seam down and leave them for 40 minutes. Now you can fry them in vegetable oil before forming a crusty crust.



Potato pies with mushrooms



If you want baked pies with mushrooms, then we offer you the following recipe. For the test, you will need:

  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

  • 4 tablespoons flour

  • 50 g of vegetable oil

  • 2 pieces of onions

  • 100 gr white bread

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • parsley, salt, pepper

To make pies with mushrooms for thisrecipe, boil potatoes in a uniform. Let it cool, peel, and pass through the meat grinder. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, salt and vegetable oil. Knead potato dough.



To make a filling for pies, cookmushrooms until cooked. Pellet of bread in the milk. Finely chop onion and fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms, bread and onions should be twisted through a meat grinder, mix well with ground black pepper and parsley.



We are going to prepare pies. Cut the dough into two pieces, each roll into a long strip of 7-10 cm wide. On one strip, place the prepared filling with small balls at a distance of 3 cm from each other. Put the second strip of dough on top. Cut the resulting strip with a knife, and form the patties.
